Memorial Hospital of Adel Wins Excellence Award for Overall Emergency Department Patient Satisfaction

Memorial Hospital of Adel winsExcellence through Insight Award for Most Improved Overall Emergency Department Satisfaction given by HealthStream Research, Inc. Memorial Hospital of Adel was selected out of 232 hospitals.

Memorial Hospital of Adel was awarded this honor for its commitment to excellence in patient care. To qualify for an award, a hospital must have been a patient satisfaction-tracking client of HealthStream Research in 2007, scored in the 75^th percentile or higher, and surveyed a minimum of 100 patients. Memorial Hospital of Adel was chosen for receiving the highest ratings in Emergency Department patient satisfaction from among HealthStream Research’s clients (1,100 to date), as well as exceeding industry standards.
