Candidate should have an in depth working knowledge of patient access, charge capture integrity of clinical departments as well as the maintenance of the Charge Description Master (CDM) along with CMS and other regulatory standards, bylaws, rules and regulations, basic principles of charge capture, etc.

The Physician Assistant performs clinical duties under the supervision of the Medical Director. Cardio Cath Lab Technologist (CVT) Cardiovascular
Assists physician during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures performed in the Cardiac Catheterization/Peripheral Vascular Labs. Ensures procedure rooms are adequately prepared prior to the start of the procedure. Stocks room supplies, monitors PAR levels of supplies. Assure appropriate disposal of hazardous materials. Assures practices and procedures are followed in accordance with current accrediting agency guidelines and recommendations (Universal Protocol, Patient Identification, Labeling solutions, Clean/Sterile Technique). Participate in departmental staff meetings, performance improvement activities, and other department initiatives.

The Nurse Manager is responsible for the leadership of the nursing unit/department and its daily operations. Is responsible for ensuring and delivering the quality of nursing care to Adult and geriatric psychiatric population, supporting the policies and procedures of Sylvia Barr Center (SBC), is accountable for the caliber of patient care performed by those under his/her supervision; promotes and coordinates team work with physicians and associates; interfaces effectively with other departments and administration; receives supervision from the Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer in the acute care setting; provides excellent service to customers and associates. The manager adheres to the TRMC Compliance Program, Code of Conduct and TRMC policies and procedures and HIPAA Privacy and Security Initiatives. Adequately instructs members of department on applicable policies and legal requirements. Manager uses reasonable diligence to detect noncompliance with applicable policies and legal requirements within his/her department. Is responsible for planning, coordinating, providing and documenting care for infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric terminally ill patients from day of admission through day of discharge. Provides guidance and assistance to RNs, LPNs, non-licensed staff in the hospice setting; is accountable for the caliber of patient care performed by her/himself and those under his/her supervision; promotes and coordinates team work with physicians and associates; interfaces effectively with other departments. Utilizing physicians’ orders and professional nursing skills, develops and implements a hospice plan of care that meets each patient/family’s specific needs. 1.Maintains information and current knowledge of quality indicator measures, resource management, performance improvement, patient education, and discharge planning processes, including philosophy and principles.
2.Initiates case finding according to pre-determined criteria to identify patients that are appropriate for quality indicator monitoring.
3.Facilitates the documentation of identified indicators and care delivery consistent with evidence based practices and regulatory requirements.
4.Intervenes concurrently as able to ensure compliance with care provision in accordance with evidence based practices and quality indicator measures.
